Shipping / Delivery Policy

DELIVERY TERMS

Body & Soul orders are shipped via TCS on business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays).

We are currently offering Free Shipping on all of our products. Your order is important to us, which is why we make sure that your order is quickly processed and safely delivered to your doorstep.

After you have completed your order on our website, a confirmation e-mail / SMS having the details of your order will be sent to the email address / mobile number you provided in the order form.

The e-mail / sms will also serve as a receipt for your order.

DELIVERY TIME

Confirmed orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days; if they are placed before 5PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on Monday excluding public holidays.

Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 working days.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Body & Shop provides Free Delivery all across Pakistan.
Please do not pay any amount to anyone, including "Delivery Personnel" asking for delivery charges and report the incident immediately through our Contact page with subject "Delivery Charges".

DELIVERY POLICY

At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging as request by customer is subject to additional charges.

You may be contacted on your Phone no. provided on the Order page to confirm delivery and time of delivery.

Note: Purchases made after 5pm each day would be considered as next day purchase for courier purposes.
